Your Business Phone System
I’m sure you know you need to have a quality phone system in order to run your business. Even if your business is solely online, having a phone number your potential clients can call you on is crucial. In fact studies show that if you don’t have a phone number listed on your site, you automatically lose trust and people will X out of your site because of that.
As a netrepreneur, I first showcased a local number on my site, but the voice mail system was mediocre at best. I didn’t want to go the toll free number route because I was concerned about how large my bill was going to be every month. That was a mistake on my part because people look up to companies that have toll free numbers. Instead of worrying about the money, I should have just jumped right in and gone for the company that sells the toll free number which also has a great voice mail system plus many other features.
A business that uses a local number looks cheap, and I know this for a fact, because once I finally switched to the toll free number voice mail system, my sales did increase.
My bills, on an average, are around $26/month, and if you as a business owner can’t afford $26/month, well then, maybe you should rethink what type of business you are running. There is even a package that is cheaper than the one I use, so you can definitely see the value you get for your money.

The voice mail system is sooooo jam packed with features, there are some I don’t even use, but I know they’re available so as my company grows, I can just jump right in and start using the voice mail features when I need them.
Lastly, this voice mail system can also accommodate Real Estate agents and Network Marketers who have very busy schedules and huge phone loads. No I’m not a network marketer, I just know for a fact that a lot of them use this phone system.
