If you are an entrepreneur, you are probably sometimes stressed to the gills when:

• dealing with sales & clients,
• dealing with vendors,
• hiring or managing quality employees or independent contractors and,
• keeping your business running smoothly

Often times we don’t take care of the most important person in the company, ourselves – The Boss.

It’s been proven time & time again that the brain thinks more clearly & is able to solve complex problems when it’s stress free & in a relaxed state. This is why just as you are falling asleep or waking up from your sleep you will often remember something you forgot, or come up with a “brilliant” idea. This happens to me all the time.

Taking much needed time out for yourself each week also allows you to remove yourself from the situation so you can think more clearly about any business problems you have. If we are too close to the problem (as most entrepreneurs are), we get too emotionally involved making it much harder to solve the problem.

Then there’s our health we have to deal with because emotional stress is what creates disruption in the body causing poor health & you certainly can’t run your company properly if you are all stressed out & your health is starting to fail.

Besides exercising (working out), meditating is THE most highly recommended activity for alleviating stress. In fact neither should be eliminated from our weekly routine.

For years I’ve tried meditating, but either always fell asleep, or always felt like I was doing it wrong, so I never meditated.

It’s not that I didn’t want to, it’s just that it seemed too hard. So it wasn’t until I came across this program last year that I changed my mind about meditation. What I read blew me away because I didn’t think it was possible.

The program said it would help the brain meditate for you just by listening to the CD.

When I read that, I jumped at the chance to get all the benefits of the meditation without having to force myself to empty my mind. In fact I was very excited at the possibilities this could have for my stress & my health.

So, I signed up for the free CD. I mean what did I have to lose, right?

Once I listened to the free CD I was still excited enough to order the first program & I waited for my package to arrive.

Once it did & I pulled out the book that came with it, I never looked back. The book in & of itself is very interesting & had a lot of scientific information in it, but it’s the meditation CD that matters the most of course.

Now whenever I’m feeling stressed I know that if I just sit down in the chair & listen to the CD, I relax enough that the stress melts away. Even my sister has commented on how much calmer I seem. I also went through a major stressor in my life several months ago & I know that it would have been a lot worse had I not had this CD to fall back on.

Just so you know, I have TONS of so called meditation CDs all over my house & they all sit in their case. This one is the only one that I could actually feel results with.

My only caution to you is DON’T start the program if you are planning a road trip & driving long distances. Make sure you start this program when you know you are going to be settled in your own home. Book your road trip for a few months after so your body gets accustomed to the changes in you.

If you travel a lot, hopefully you are traveling by plane. I made the mistake of starting the program & then a week later driving to my sister’s. I didn’t know how powerful the program was & my trip wasn’t a great experience for me.

So anyone who cares about business HAS to have online survey software. You have to know what your customers are thinking, or people who aren’t your customers yet, are thinking, so you can gauge what you need to sell, change, concentrate on, address, etc.

I came across Survey Gizmo several months ago because I use Word Press, and it’s the software Word Press uses for surveys. In fact it plugs into Word Press.

I started to use it, and hands down it’s much better than Survey Monkey, not to mention they are a lot nicer over at Survey Gizmo. I had a very negative experience with Survey Monkey years ago which I never forgot, the owner or whoever was nasty to me, so I shied away from them and hadn’t really thought about surveys until recently when I was taking a business course that pointed out that we as entrepreneurs HAVE to get inside our client’s or non-clients’ heads, and giving out surveys is one great way to do that.

Survey Gizmo is CONSTANTLY upgrading the software and they take our suggestions VERY seriously which is very rare for any company to do.

In fact they are growing so much, they just brought on a new VP of Sales and Business Development guy who has 15 years experience being a netrepreneur.

I don’t even use most of their features such as data collection, polls, questionnaires, web forms, quizzes and landing pages for marketing. I basically stick to the surveys and use them for market research, customer service as well as to figure out what my clients need.

I already have tons of surveys created and they are out there online collecting data both on my sites and my blogs.

I even use their survey software to complete a sale, so if I have to ask questions to complete the sale, I use Survey Gizmo so I don’t have to get a programmer to create a new form for me.

They even have a free package, but after analyzing the other packages, I had to get the Pro Account.
