		<description>Ok, update on this, I&#039;ve changed companies since my original post. Everything above is the new company.

I was using one mail forwarding company, &amp; then several months after using them, they really hiked up their prices. In fact I didn&#039;t realize they lost a ton of customers because of this since it was a hike of almost 50% or more.

I stuck with them because their customer service was top notch, but then I started to have problems when they sent me mail.

2-3 times after they sent me a simple check, it took over 2 weeks to get to me. I figured out later on it could have been because they were on the West Coast &amp; I&#039;m in the East Coast, but still, I&#039;ve received checks from other companies in California &amp; it hasn&#039;t taken as long.

This company&#039;s answer of course was &quot;then pay for tracking&quot; which I was NOT prepared to do because of the cost. I was already paying close to $5 for them to send me a simple envelope.

The last time it took over 2 weeks, after speaking to a manager &amp; hearing, &quot;we&#039;ve had no one else complain about that.&quot;, they lost my business. Whenever I hear that from a company, it tells me they don&#039;t know how to deal with customers problems, &amp; they are trying to make it look like the customer is wrong in order to defend themselves.

While I know they can&#039;t solve USPS issues, I didn&#039;t feel it was a USPS issue.

I had to force her to try &amp; brainstorm the problem &amp; she didn&#039;t even offer me money back because it took so long.

So I started looking to replace them &amp; I found the company above. They are much less expensive &amp; they don&#039;t charge you a fortune to send you letters or packages, just $1.50 or $1.75 + whatever the shipping charge is.

While they don&#039;t have phone support which keeps their costs down, they do respond back to tickets within 24 hours.

		<description>So I want to update this post as I continue to read the book that came with the CDs. It&#039;s all very fascinating.

So it turns out, not only do the meditations help with stress, they help with improving a person&#039;s memory &amp; the ability to solve problems.

I know based on my own experience that when I&#039;m stressed by something, I lose all sense of control over my brain which for me is my biggest asset. In fact, THAT is when I make decisions that end up causing me more pain or regret down the road. My brain actually becomes like a cloud that is fuzzy &amp; all I am doing is reacting instead of stepping away from the problem &amp; thinking about how to solve it.

That comes from the &quot;fight or flight&quot; response part of our brain which some of you may know doesn&#039;t help anyone one bit. Even when we need to flee a dangerous situation, if we aren&#039;t thinking clearly, we will probably just box ourselves into the dangerous situation.

So according to scientific study done when people used these meditation CDs, these meditations help to relax the brain so that we can solve the problems we have &amp; make clearer more non reactive decisions.

I know that whenever I do my meditation I almost always feel way more relaxed afterward. In fact, I got so relaxed at times, that I had to have a digital voice recorder near me because new business ideas &amp; things I forgot to do at the office would keep popping into my head, LOL, so I had to make sure I captured them all.
